I cant put my finger on it but coke just tastes so much betteri can taste this twang in the pepsi that i cant in the coke, but what the hell does twang even mean?

i imagine it's the coke, manhelluva drug
7/9/2010 2:58:10 PM
I prefer Coke b/c it has more of an edge, feels sharper to me. Pepsi is sweeter and at the same time softer. For the most part I stay away from Pepsi.
7/9/2010 2:59:09 PM
coke has a tad more carbonation, pepsi has a tad more sugarimo
7/9/2010 2:59:36 PM
I dunno...I prefer regular Pepsi...diet Coke. Diet Pepsi tastes like ass, so does regular Coke. Your preferences may vary.
7/9/2010 3:01:05 PM
Pepsi is way more sugary and flatter than coke. Coke ftw.
7/9/2010 3:03:30 PM
Your inferior taste buds.
7/9/2010 3:09:50 PM

we had a Coke machine right near our suite in Sullivan my freshman year, but I guess it was the last year of the contract because it was Pepsi from then on out ]

The only thing Pepsi does right is Mountain Dew.

Apparently because of the chinese and a joke they like to play on unsuspecting westerners.
7/9/2010 4:29:13 PM
usually i would prefer pepsi, but sometimes i do crave a coke. i don't drink that much of either one, though. water most of the time for me and sometimes some sweet tea.

Yeah, I much prefer pepsi to coke.Coke is too carbonated for me. Too much mouthfeel.
7/9/2010 5:25:44 PM
7/9/2010 5:41:37 PM
coke has too much carbonation and not enough sugarso I prefer pepsibut apparently so many people had become accustomed to coke that 25 years ago when the new formula was brought out, to taste like pepsi and the rest of the colas, people hated it
7/9/2010 5:46:35 PM
pepsi on ice, release carbonation. FTW.
7/9/2010 5:56:48 PM
i love pepsi. i tolerate coke. i'll drink diet pepsi/pepsi max/pepsi one, but you couldn't pay me to drink diet coke. i really love wild cherry pepsi & cheerwine though.

I tend to like Pepsi a lot better just because coke consistently dries my mouth out after I drink it. No other soda does that to me.Both are boring as hell sodas, though. Default "cola" flavor has nothing on Dr Pepper, Sprite/Sierra Mist, or really any other flavor of soda out there.[Edited on July 9, 2010 at 6:24 PM. Reason : .]

Mello Yello is the best. All others pale in comparison.
7/9/2010 9:24:27 PM
it's the difference between the vanilla, orange and lemon amounts in eachPepsi is more lemony, and it uses vanillin rather than vanilla[Edited on July 9, 2010 at 10:42 PM. Reason : maybe you prefer orange]
