Can someone make me a patch design, with bert and ernie on it saying "Perception is Fact Tour" and "Manas, Kyrgyzstan Summer 2010"

Bonus points if you can have Bert and Ernie wearing a brassard that says CE on it.

Haha, not quite EMCE. Good Effort though.

I'm thinking more of a patch than an animated .gif. (something that could be put on a shirt or something)


BDU=stereotypical Army uniform

ABUs=current style Air Force uniform.
