There is (was?) also that BBQ shack between Cary and Morrisville on whatever that road is that goes out to RTP that had great BBQ. I also have no idea how/if it passed health inspection

COOPERS <3but i still prefer bills i also don't mind bbq lodge since it is the closest to where i live in n. ral. not the best by any means but their sammiches suffice if you have a craving.
