IF you're still in Japan, I'm not surprised. At least, that's because in Korea, it seems it doesn't matter if the floors/walls are filthy. why? Everyone - it seems - always gets new wallpaper anyway, and cleans the apartment or hires someone to do so. Plus, with the way you move into/out of an apartment, you basically need to let people walk around with their work boots on. We moved out using one of these things, and the company always has 2-3 people who come in, box up your stuff, and move it for you.[Edited on July 26, 2010 at 10:58 PM. ^^ That is amazing. I've never seen nor heard of one. How high up can they go? Do they have them in the US? It seems like they could be used to save people in case of a fire.
