I, too, used to take such items. But then they started making me very groggy in the morning, so I quit.

I, however can see it coming.Don't have to be at work early? I will stay up later.Stay up just late enough that I will be able to get just enough sleep before i have to be at work? Cool.Realize my phone is dying and thus my alarm is non-existant? Well I'm an idiot without a backup alarm that is going to be up all night now.Not so much insomnia as much as anxiety over the whole thing by the end of it.On that note, I am gonna try to oversleep for being at work by 3pm now.

I've only been getting like 5-6 hours of sleep a night recently. I don't ever really feel tired during the da but I'm usually a "needs 8-9 hours of sleep" person.I want to get back on schedule since I will be starting a job shortly...

work out about 3-4 hours before you want to go to bed. usually does the trick for me.

i was planning on just going to the office after trivia and working...but i'm too sleepy for that...yet now i can't go to sleep
