1 wedge laughing cow light cheese (i like garlic/herb or french onion) - 35 calscarrot "chips" (the slices that look like potato chips) - 35 cals per 3 ozfresh salsa (i like jacks artichoke and garlic, you can get it at HT) - 10 cals per 2 tblsspread cheese onto carrot chip, dip in salsa and enjoy. delicious and very filling healthy snack for less than 100 calories!
