i've never had authentic low country boil, but there's a place in atlanta that serves it. its run by a vietnamese family, but according to the black folk raving about how good it is it every time i go in there its the real deal.

decided to try it out tonight...used 2lbs fresh shrimp, 3 ears corn, red potatoes, one pack johnsonville chorizo brats, smoked bacon, couple lemons, old bay and crab boil seasonings, little butter and a whole lotta soooooulllllAnd it was everything I could have hoped it to be. Holy shit, awesome, will cook again. The two of us hardly put a dent in it so we'll be enjoying it for a couple days.
