but the idea of really crispy bacon bits ground up, then used to rim a martini glass is exciting

I'd also probably want it in my bloody mary. Definitely a breakfast drink. I'm thinking:

Bakon Vodka
Zing Zang Mix
Garnish of celery and a kebab of shrimp and blue cheese

I'd hate to ruin normal bacon by permanently associating it with vodka...I did that back in the day with Dr. Pepper and rum, and ended up not being able to drink DrP for a while without coming close to getting sick.

I actually made my own bacon vodka last year and still have a little left in the freezer.

I can confirm it is $$$ in a bloody mary.
