11/11/2010 11:48:57 AM
I thought they were 2 dudes and a crossdresser until the last frame
11/11/2010 11:53:05 AM
it is often remarked that the characters on QC look like lesbians, even the male charactersanyway my favorite character is this chick (Marigold), with glasses and even bigger tits (the other chick is Tai, who is a lesbian, and one of the few characters who isn't straight, despite the desires of many a shipper)the strip in the OP contains the three main characters...on the left, the protagonist Marten Reed, who works in the library of Smif, a women's college where Tai is his bossin the center, Faye Whitaker, who moved in with him early in the comic and still lives with him, was an early object of lust for Marten, but never got together with himon the right, Dora Bianchi, Faye's boss and manager of Coffee of Doom, and Marten's girlfriend; notably when she was younger she would masturbate to fetish videos produced by a woman who turned out to be Marten's mother (Veronica Reed, a.k.a. "Veronica Vance"), Dora's brother Sven (a tall thin brunette) had a brief and passionate fling with Faye, and Dora was most impressed when she saw Marten's father (who is gay and about to get married to his lover, which is legal where they live near Amherst, MA) and noticed how much hair he had leftother major characters...Pintsize, a mischievous AnthroPC who loves to download and display porn and annoy the hell out of other people and machines but met his match with Dora's cat Mieville...basically /b/ personifiedHannelore Ellicott-Chatham, a thin blonde woman with short, untamed hair, extreme OCD, and a couple of distant wealthy parents, who lives near Marigold, in the same apartment building as Marten, Faye, and Dora, once managed to scare off the same cat who had recently intimidated Pintsize, and recently began working at Coffee of DoomWinslow, Hannelore's Apple AnthroPC, who resembles a large classic iPod and is much friendlier to the people, machines, and animals he meetsAngus McPhee, a largely bland and underdeveloped character who acts as a political strawman for pay and is Marigold's roommate, a brunette who came to share the common interest of Hannelore and Marigold in yaoi, develop a crush on Faye, gently deny the advances of Marigold, and go on to begin a relationship with FayeCosette, a young, clumsy, and dirty-blonde undergraduate at Smif College, introduced relatively late in the comicSteve, Marten's neighbor and close friend, a poorly-shaven brunette, who goes on all sorts of crazy yet unseen adventures and ends up dating CosettePenelope Gaines, suspected of being the once-recurring character "Pizza Girl" even though Penelope is a darker shade of blonde, the once and future girlfriend of Wil, an aged drifter with unkempt brown hair and ambition incommensurate with his educationRaven Pritchard, who once was a Goth, along with Dora, and briefly worked for Dora, and then mostly left the comic except for a mention that she was pursuing a doctorate in physics; much like Dora, her hair is naturally blonde, but much unlike her, her boobs are about as big as Marigold'sThere are some other interesting characters, most of which are mentioned in an old writeup of the cast from when the art was much different: http://questionablecontent.net/cast.phpWikipedia also has a good article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Questionable_ContentFor a more irreverent viewpoint: http://encyclopediadramatica.com/Questionable_ContentFor the depth and wisdom you crave: http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/QuestionableContentand finally...WHEN JEPH JACQUES CAN'T THINK OF SOMETHING TO DRAW THAT DAY HE BRINGS OUT YELLING BIRD AND IT IS EPIC
11/11/2010 9:45:02 PM
are these supposed to be funny?
11/11/2010 9:49:42 PM
indeed they all do look like dykes
11/11/2010 9:50:03 PM
^^yes they areset aside a week, start at the beginning, be sure to read the descriptions below each strip, and prepare to be hooked
11/11/2010 9:51:14 PM
to me it ain't funny to me
11/11/2010 9:52:28 PM
less than funny, but more than boring
11/11/2010 9:55:39 PM
^^,^^^^despite what lesliejew says, it's kind of hit or miss with the "humor", the strip doesn't exist solely for humor like the grand majority. It has "drama" and "relationships" too, so it's not all humor.Definitely, DEFINITELY not for everyone. I liked it when it started, but I was younger then. Not really my thing now, it's a little like watching a webcomic reality show.^^^SO I THINK YOU LIKE QUESTIONABLE CONTENT, lewisje
11/11/2010 9:59:26 PM
This seems like a crappy version of Something Positive.
11/11/2010 10:01:17 PM
waste of a thread IMO :-/
11/11/2010 10:01:27 PM

11/11/2010 10:03:08 PM

11/11/2010 10:44:49 PM

11/11/2010 10:47:19 PM
11/11/2010 10:50:04 PM
it's like Arrested Developmentya really gotta start at the beginning
11/11/2010 10:51:22 PM
Well that saves me some time, because I thought Arrested Development sucked ass. David Cross is this generation's Andy Kindler.

11/15/2010 3:27:53 AM
chick with the purple hair is all kinds of HAWT
11/15/2010 3:34:06 AM
I beg to differ, her boobs are too smallalso she's a natural blonde, but that's a minor issueI certainly hope this strip gets made into a movie, and I hope they portray Faye, Marigold, and Raven more realistically than, say, how Lara Croft or Aeon Flux were portrayed in their movies
11/15/2010 3:40:22 AM
I didn't have a problem with Angelina Jolie as lady Croft
11/15/2010 4:07:12 AM
also to be fair it would be difficult for a G-cupper to do all those stunts, even if as well-trained and muscled as Jolie was for the films

11/15/2010 9:44:45 AM
i've read a good number of these comics and i would HATE to see this made into a movie.that would be like watching a bunch of people that have no lives congregate in a coffee shop all the time. wooooo ENTERTAINMENT
11/15/2010 10:17:51 AM
11/15/2010 10:24:05 AM
