also, a lot of people don't know to do this, apparently- make sure you soak the skewers for a good 30 minutes in water before you put on your meat/veggies

I like to use the bahama breeze sauce for basting:Kabob Basting Sauce¼ cup Orange Juice Fresh Squeezed½ cup Pickapeppa Sauce1 TbspBrown Sugar2 tsp Chopped CilantroBaste that on whatever combination of things you want while grilling. Personally I like my veggies/shrooms burnt, my chicken done, and my steak medium so I cut the steak chunks larger than the chicken and grill it all at once.
