how could it not be legal? There is tons of 'small human being' anime porn out there that isn't illegal. As long as it isn't explicitly described as being teenage girls there is nothing really making it illegal

I can fuck 16 year old girls but i can not take pictures of them. I mean i get it, the law is to prevent 7 year olds from being abused but at least have consistency across the board.
