At the parents house over break, they got HBO and HBO on demand for free for 3 months. They say it worked for the first few days but it hasn't worked for me for the past week.

when i try to watch a movie it says "The network is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

anyone get this right now too?/know how to fix it?

I'm going to reboot the box right now to see what happens.

It happens from me from time to time with TWC on some channels. It is probably some type of network problem. There's basically nothing you can do besides wait for it to get fixed or call and complain.

Obligatory: TWC is fail.

just reset the box and it works now (we'll see for how long)

course resetting the box took 7min.
