2/2/2011 9:54:39 PM

2/2/2011 9:56:14 PM
easily nay
2/2/2011 10:02:03 PM
sounds like a good idea but-it gets hot-sweat + sheets = the suck-all covers and pillows slide the fuck off your bed too easily-feels nice on the skin for a while.... but fucking on them exposes you to the same slipping problem that your sheets and pillows will encounter.
2/2/2011 10:04:02 PM
naw man
2/2/2011 10:04:17 PM
nay. you slide right on out of the bed.
2/2/2011 10:05:52 PM

2/3/2011 12:04:13 AM
count?that better mean 800 thread count!!!
2/3/2011 12:06:56 AM
800+thread count 4 LYFE!When I bought a new bed back in July, I figured if I'm spending 2K on a mattress I better not halfass it by putting shitty sheets on it.
2/3/2011 1:04:44 AM
absolutely nay.
2/3/2011 1:05:36 AM
Nay, but I do have silk pillow cases.
2/3/2011 1:07:14 AM
a guy with a nice bed and sheets? :swoon: Nothing is worse then walking into some guys apartment and he still has a old mattress on the floor
2/3/2011 1:11:53 AM
My organic mattress was one of the best investments I've made in a loooooong time. Organic being natural latex, bamboo fibers and organic cotton. As cliche' as it sounds it really is like sleeping on a cloud. It has one of those pillow top things and I keep it rotated every six months.
2/3/2011 1:15:25 AM
^^ GROSS, it's not that hard to throw out a mattress, I had a roommate who did that. I have bamboo sheets that I absolutely love, I need to go out and buy more but I can't remember where I got them. ]
2/3/2011 1:16:41 AM
I've slept on silk sheets and they really aren't as great as they sound.
2/3/2011 1:22:24 AM
I've slept fucked on silk sheets and they really aren't as great as they sound. We pulled the damn sheets right off the bed. Made for fucked up hucklebuck.
2/3/2011 1:46:46 AM
not really surprised at the high nay count. the one pair of silk boxers i ever owned did not meet my expectations. i am all about high tc cotton sheets too. just wondered if anybody had a good experience with silk
2/3/2011 1:57:20 AM
they are pretty much like a slip n slide. You'll find yourself on the floor in the morning.
2/3/2011 2:56:22 AM
I'll go with yes, just for the sake of general disagreement
2/3/2011 2:58:13 AM
sateen ftw
2/3/2011 8:11:28 AM
2/3/2011 8:23:08 AM
I slept in your mom's silk sheets.
2/3/2011 8:25:32 AM
2/3/2011 8:28:33 AM
naypima or egyptian cotton only please...they feel best against the body
2/3/2011 8:40:33 AM
egyptian cotton ftw....I wonder if they're still exporting that ATM
2/3/2011 8:44:13 AM
2/3/2011 8:48:24 AM
I read somewhere that over the course of a mattress's lifetime it will double in weight from all the combined nights of sweat/hair/skin/dust/crap that comes off of you while slipping. If it's true, that is nasty.
2/3/2011 12:56:53 PM
Isn't that in some mattress radio commercial? I want to say it's in 8 years, not even the lifetime. I have a very hard time believing that. But I guess they have to skew the facts to get you go buy new mattresses. No to silk sheets.
2/3/2011 1:03:30 PM
It shouldn't if you buy a proper waterproof/breathable mattress cover.
2/3/2011 1:03:49 PM
I am not a fan of most things silk with direct body contact...didn't like my silk boxers, didn't like a silk shirt I had, and I imagine I wouldn't like silk sheets
2/3/2011 1:05:25 PM
there's like 50 kinds of silk. cheap silk tends to suck. not all silk sheets are satin either.
2/3/2011 1:12:29 PM
I imagine what was paid for my silk apparel was not cheap silk- but then again, I could be wrong
2/3/2011 1:21:02 PM
silk ties ftw!WHATCHOO KNOW BOUT THAT SEVENFOLD?!
2/3/2011 1:37:36 PM
high count cotton sheets FTW.
