In life, there are certain milestones of physical activity that can define you. A sub 5 second 40 yard dash, a 40 inch vertical leap and so forth. To a white person, the absolute pinnacle of fitness is to run a marathon. Not to win, just to run.White people will train for months, telling everyone who will listen about how they get up early in the morning, they run when it rains, how it makes them feels so great and gives them energy. When they finish the marathon, they will generally take a photo of themselves in a pair of New Balance sneakers, running shorts, and their marathon number with both hands over their head in triumph (seriously, look it up, this is universal). They will then set goals like running in the Boston Marathon or the New York Marathon. If you find yourself in a situation where a white person is talking about a marathon, you must be impressed or you will lose favor with them immediately. Running for a certain length of time on a specific day is a very important thing to a white person and should not be demeaned. Also worth nothing, more competitive white people prefer triathlons because Kenyans can’t afford $10,000 specialty bicycles. If the subject ever comes up, just say that triathletes are in better shape than football and basketball players. It’s not true, but it will make the conversation a lot more genial.http://stuffwhitepeoplelike.com/2008/01/26/27-marathons/

Yea. That's my point. The 13.1 people can't finish the fucking job.
2/8/2011 5:38:34 PM
what's the other sticker for? i don't remember what it is, like 120.6 or somethin that's not a product of marathon distances
2/8/2011 5:40:23 PM
unless you swim that far, you ain't shit
2/8/2011 5:41:06 PM
You have to hike the ATholla at me then
2/8/2011 5:41:59 PM
i would like some kind of rule where you could only put the 13.1, 26.2, etc. stickers on your car if you WON one of those races.that would actually be kind of cool.
2/8/2011 5:42:01 PM
nah i disagree, if you ran your ass off for it then you should be allowed to display itor if you finished through injuryor...if you simply completed the race.now verbally bragging is a different story[Edited on February 8, 2011 at 5:43 PM. Reason : f]
2/8/2011 5:42:53 PM
it would just make it so much cooler to actually spot one of those stickers....instead of just seeing them on every damn car that goes past
2/8/2011 5:46:56 PM
I'm looking for my 2.62 sticker
2/8/2011 5:47:25 PM

^so i never knew the 'browning deer' was a deer until my brother told me. we grew up at the beach and i assumed it was a surfing brand and was an outline of a woman in the ocean....
2/8/2011 5:58:23 PM
looking at it closely it actually looks like a buck and a doe
2/8/2011 5:59:14 PM
Where is the 0.0 sticker?
2/8/2011 6:05:56 PM
i got a 13.1 sticker for christmas!! haven't put it on my car yet though.i have no, NOOOOO interest in ever running a full marathon. absolutely none.so y'all can have your 26.2!!!
2/8/2011 6:07:18 PM
The only way I'd do a half marathon is if it was at least 13.1 miles away from my house and I could walk there....ON MY FUCKING HANDS!!!SO TUFF[Edited on February 8, 2011 at 6:17 PM. Reason : s]
2/8/2011 6:12:05 PM
you could have spaced that out more, I read the punchline before even reading the beginning
2/8/2011 6:16:31 PM
My bad B...Didn't want to make it too annoying. More spaces coming.
2/8/2011 6:17:21 PM
who really cares.. you can by the stickers whether or not you ran anything... I've been more than 26.2 miles in a day i'm certain... (ran 20 @ 7 ish minute miles and i know i walked more than 6.2 after that)
