It goes in cycles for me. For a while it was yogurt. But I've grown tired of that. Cereal is always good. Nuts are good too. I love trail mix.

My meals are usually so large that I'm unable to snack.Or if I attempt to snack, it turns into a large meal.Last night, I woke up at 1:30a and ate two eggs with lots of cheese, a bowl of cereal, two yogurts, and some chips/salsa. So my midnight "snack" consisted of about two unhealthy breakfasts and an actual snack.
