i wanna go to south america to check out the food and decide if what they call mexican here is even considered food
2/22/2011 3:54:19 PM
because south america would know more about mexican food than north america.

^^^Good luck finding Mexican food in South America. The only place I ever found any variation of it was in an Irish Pub in Cuzco (where it was totally Americanized) and in a restaurant in Aguas Calientes (a tourist town where they tried and failed to make Americanized Mexican food...it was even farther from real Mexican than our version).
