i have a moka pot, but i prefer the bodum chambord for its silicone gasket (instead of rubber)

The bit about "cup of joe" originating in WWII is a crock of shit. ^ interesting...the gasket on my wife's old moka (real "moka" pot, by bialetti) was shot, and i wanted a larger one, anyway, so we got another bialetti...i noticed the rubber gasket immediately and so i took it back and got the bodum (which came with a spare, too)this was less than a year ago*shrug*
