Possibly the least ergonomic invention of all time, with the possible exception of the olde time bicycle with the giant wheel in front.

I still use one of these and it's terrible. I have to crawl under the house in the crawlspace, open a trap door in the floor, load my clothes, go back in the house to start the dryer, and repeat the process when they are dry. And half the time I forget the motherfuckin' dryer sheet so I have to make another trip to put it in or else my clothes won't be all soft.[Edited on April 28, 2011 at 11:08 AM. Reason : s]

Yeah my old apartment had one of these POS. The worst part is holding your clothes in position while you sneak the door up and close it. I know, I know, they say it's better for your clothes and all but personally I'm glad they stopped making them. The main benefit is that it frees up floor space when they're mounted properly in the ceiling, provided you have enough clearance in your attic. All you need is a good step stool.[Edited on April 28, 2011 at 11:25 AM. Reason : .]

I prefer ingenuity over ergonomics. It's actually just a top loading dryer, but you're using it upside down. And
