pussy control makes up for most of it
6/23/2011 6:13:09 PM
pussy control = mind control
6/23/2011 6:13:55 PM
but how long does that last?that's the other side of the coin that sucks for the ladies...
6/23/2011 6:16:18 PM
honestly.sticking a piece of cotton into one of your most intimate spots once a month does suck.
6/23/2011 6:16:58 PM
more like every 3 hours for a week...once a month
6/23/2011 6:18:59 PM
^you right
6/23/2011 6:27:09 PM
I'm aroused
6/23/2011 6:28:42 PM
my goal is to become anorexic, work out a bunch, lose a bunch of weight and just lose it for a while.its like two birds with one stone.
6/23/2011 6:29:30 PM
Being a man is awesome. I can see why men would be a pain to deal with, though. On the aggregate, they're hairy, smelly, inconsiderate, abrasive. Male rationality only goes so far, because at the end of the day, you still have to get your nut.
6/23/2011 6:30:47 PM
Obligatory "I've got something to stick in you every three hours"
6/23/2011 6:31:23 PM
pussy control = mind control ?jedi pussy tricks?
6/23/2011 6:32:08 PM
Doesn't that long term birth control insert stop you from having periods? That one that works like a spring and clings to sides of your cooch?
6/23/2011 6:32:12 PM
It really does seem shitty. Even beyond the periods, you've got pregnancy and childbirth (in all likelihood), you're sick more often, you're always either too cold or too hot regardless of what the fucking temperature is, you're completely under the sway of a bizarre cocktail of hormones (and I assume it makes it worse that you know you're under the sway of a bizarre cocktail of hormones), urination is 80x more complicated for you than for us, orgasms are not guaranteed, you get paid less, nobody wants to make you president......and that's stacked up against, what? If you're attractive, guys buy you stuff. That's about all I can come up with.I can see why the Chinese kill their babies when they're born female. It's for the baby's sake.
6/23/2011 6:35:47 PM
6/23/2011 6:40:40 PM
i love being a woman
6/23/2011 6:41:20 PM

6/23/2011 6:41:53 PM
Presumably you don't know what you're missing. We're very clear on what you people go through, you won't SHUT UP ABOUT IT.

6/23/2011 6:43:16 PM

Stopping your period is good for you, it reduces your risk of cancer. Having a regular monthly period is a modern, western creation. There are still societies where it is not regular and monthly and they do just fine and have less cancer.
6/23/2011 7:09:49 PM
really?i was completely unaware of this.where are these civilizations?and are you sure that is the lack of periods causing this reduction in cancer and not lack of artificial sweetners, tanning oils, and hormones?doesn't stopping you period increase your risk of osteoporosis??[Edited on June 23, 2011 at 7:12 PM. Reason : honestly]
6/23/2011 7:10:55 PM
they have less cancer because they die of malaria at 36.
6/23/2011 7:12:05 PM
^or that
6/23/2011 7:12:26 PM
I like GrumpyGOPOh, and let me add the migraines and headaches*has one right now*
6/23/2011 7:19:24 PM
anus control
6/23/2011 7:21:11 PM
http://www.gladwell.com/2000/2000_03_10_a_rock.htmlit should make sense why periods increase your risk of cancer, i think when you read that piece it will make sense to you.[Edited on June 23, 2011 at 7:22 PM. Reason : .]
6/23/2011 7:21:57 PM
oooOOOOoooh im excited. i shall read it and give you my full semi-informed opinion.but not now i'm all about proving myself wrong[Edited on June 23, 2011 at 7:26 PM. Reason : wait nvm ]
6/23/2011 7:25:04 PM
6/23/2011 7:26:28 PM
Ha, yeah I will never use that excuse ever. But then I've never understood why anyone would want to make excuses anyway
6/23/2011 7:29:27 PM
reduced number of periods also results in a longer duration of fertility.cycling through less eggs and all that jazz
6/23/2011 7:33:42 PM
I read that as "cycling through less eggs and all that jizz," which confused me immensely.
6/23/2011 7:45:27 PM
One advantage is you can wear dresses to summer weddings whilst I wear dress pants, a dress shirt, and a tie.
6/23/2011 7:48:49 PM
6/23/2011 7:58:30 PM
cycling through eggs raises your risk of cancer, the fewer you use the better you are
6/23/2011 8:01:04 PM
deemarie got one of those IUDs and no longer has periodspretty cool
6/23/2011 8:01:37 PM
6/23/2011 8:10:06 PM
did you read what i posted?
6/23/2011 8:21:07 PM
6/23/2011 8:25:01 PM
I skimmed most but read certain parts, because a) it was from over 10 years ago and b) it didn't have any sources. And this?
6/23/2011 8:27:21 PM
gladwell's sources are included in the book, just not in the paper. i can get them for you for any of the items.^sure post them, typically the increased risk is involved with irregular periods that are more frequent[Edited on June 23, 2011 at 8:30 PM. Reason : .]
6/23/2011 8:29:02 PM
Don't bother, sonYour lack of cancer education is shining through.. I don't need a source for that
