I had someone write to me and say they "had the worse service"I know worst is a better word-choice than worse in this case, but is worse an acceptable word to use?

Was he referring to two different instances of the same service? "Between my experience and his experience, I had the worse service."[Edited on July 15, 2011 at 2:06 PM. Reason : .]

Superlative should be worst.Your reply seems like a dick move if it's your friend. This isn't a restaurant review or anything, is it?[Edited on July 15, 2011 at 2:07 PM. Reason : oh, that's right you own a pizza joint. Still seems like a dick move if you're being professional.]
7/15/2011 2:06:29 PM
I couldn't care in the less
7/15/2011 2:07:47 PM
I'd rethink your reply if this is going on Yelp or something. It's better to be gracious, and you don't come off looking like an asshole to potential customers.
7/15/2011 2:09:18 PM
7/15/2011 2:09:47 PM
I'm sick of it being okay for customers to have this type of behavior. The word "customer etiquette" doesn't even exist in America and I wouldn't even know how to begin to teach it to people.[Edited on July 15, 2011 at 2:11 PM. Reason : .]
7/15/2011 2:11:39 PM
who says yesterday night?
7/15/2011 2:12:10 PM
That's understandable, but lashing out at someone even if you feel like you're just standing up for yourself won't do you any good. At best, it'll be a he-said/she-said thing, and at worst, you come off looking like an asshole who excuses poor service with recriminations.

If you don't believe it's a real reason, ask him why his friend got refills.
7/15/2011 2:15:56 PM
might be a "real reason" but its a bullshit reasonif i were the customer and said "may i please have a refill" and you said "no you are not at an appropriate bar space" i probably wouldve told you to fuck off and walked outwhy did you give him his first drink if he wasnt at an "appropriate space at the bar"[Edited on July 15, 2011 at 2:19 PM. Wouldn't you agree that you could have chosen to refill his drink? You can't change your customers; you can only change how you act and respond to them. Maybe a better course of action would be to get one of your regular customers to write a more positive review?
7/15/2011 2:18:59 PM
7/15/2011 2:19:41 PM
i've come to the conclusion that the entire OP and subsequent "review" are completely fabricated bullshit, and that i'm postin in a troll thread

Who the fuck says "steak and cheese"Fucking southerners are the worse.Cheesesteak. One word. Cheesesteak.
7/15/2011 2:22:19 PM
it wouldve been more believable if you didnt go off on the tangent about the inappropriate bar space, now everybody knows its fake as fuck
7/15/2011 2:22:37 PM
You cant be pretentious about your customers when you run a low quality pizza joint that delivers beer. Open a restaurant that takes reservations and then you can be picky about your client base.Maybe you should worry about finishing your website rather than taking out personal vendettas against a customer who willingly gave your business money. and your prices are obsurd for the shit that you serve.
7/15/2011 2:23:02 PM
You know, if customers treated servers HALF as good as servers are expected to treat their guests, going out to eat would be a lot more pleasant for EVERYBODY involved.

It seems you could learn a thing or two from Greg Hyer on managing your online restaurant reputation.
7/15/2011 2:24:27 PM
I'd be more concerned with the fact that someone thinks your service is shitty.Which by the sounds of it, is, if you think you can shit on customers.
7/15/2011 2:25:14 PM
Well, of course, man. How often do you get a customer like this dude though? Seems like you're getting yourself worked up over something that was dumb but minor. Assholes gotta eat, too.
7/15/2011 2:25:32 PM
speaking of drinks, therealramet may be able to get you a "pepsi"
7/15/2011 2:25:34 PM
how come you're replying to an email and speaking to the dude in 3rd person
7/15/2011 2:25:56 PM
this is beyond the 3rd personi think its like the 5th person
7/15/2011 2:26:23 PM
I'm not concerned at all. This isn't McDonalds. Shitty people get shit on here. Respectful people get respect.Kindergarteners could figure it out.
7/15/2011 2:26:35 PM
Calling out a pizza joint for serving beer is silly. I think most non-franchise place serve beer. E.g. Ruckus, Lilly's, etc..

Yes, I formulated a pizza sauce that won't give you heartburn or indigestion.
7/15/2011 2:31:23 PM
Is that a common thing? If I get indigestion from pizza, it's because of grease or lactose in the cheese. What kind of motherfucker can't handle pizza sauce? Not hating on you, just trying to imagine the sort of weak individual who has trouble with red sauce.
