I cleared my cookies, history, etc... from my web browser... Remember, I didn't have any history telling any other website who I am.I logged into facebook first.I go to pandora. Without even logging on... it says: "Hi Josh. Pandora is using Facebook to personalize your experience. We're starting you off with a station based on the artist you 'liked' on Facebook"Then I go to youtubeI go to youtube... It says I cannot have a youtube account without attaching it to my Google Account. It knows about my google account because it's my loggin email in facebookyahoo.com wants me to connect to google and facebook. myspace wants me to connect with facebook.FUCK goddamn. I don't want to be one person everywhere I go. I don't want every website to know everything about me. I want to be an independent instance of a user for each site I go to.At the same time, there are websites I DO want the website to know.I don't want any sneaky shit saved in my cookies for other websites to steal.Fuck you can't control who sees what anymore. No privacy exists anymore. This incoherent and incomplete thought brought to you by GeniuSxBoY.

^That was a hoaxAnyway, Pandora uses the Facebook API to get the info.; it's something that Facebook allows many sites to do, and as long as a site loads a bit of code hosted on facebook.com it can access data from your user account in accordance with that API (this circumvents the same-origin policy).

yeah i hate that stuff. I have two gmail accounts for personal and school, and i have to constantly log out and switch for almost every site. my personal is linked to my youtube, but i stay logged in my school email. so if i go to youtube now i have to log out of one and log in the other.i think there was an option to have a master gmail account, where you can have two logged in simultaneously ,but i dont want that....
