I lost weight when I took it because I was so scared I was going to gain weight on it and I felt like my face looked bloated the whole time.

Lol, yeah.
It was probably a lot of muscle though.
Lost like 6 or 7 pounds in a week, but I was snowboarding 7 hours a day and apparently not consuming enough.
