$1600 a month for mortgage. utilities gets it up to around $1900 currentlyi've got a solar grid tie system with a few kw's at the moment.(thanks obama for continuing bush's tax payer subsidized solar rebates) working on getting more kw's this year so i can power the hot water heating and electrical heating systems. that should eliminate all electricity bills soon.next year the goal is to get a water pump and purification system in place. 100% water/electric independence and 0 carbon emissions. i am the 1%.[Edited on November 25, 2011 at 1:17 PM.
