Ummm, is trading skills a common practice in massage therapy?I got a 30 min massage session from an older guy in his 50s or 60s, and small talk during the session I mentioned that I wish i could afford a massage at least once a week, but it's so expensive. At the end of the session he asked, " Since you can't afford the full price do you have any barterable skills you can give me?"I jokingly replied, "Well, I can...lift?" To that he goes, " Well I don't need to be lifted." I could take this the wrong way and say he wants me to sucky sucky long time lol

Maybe he needs tech support.

Some massage therapists are independent contractors and just lease their space from the larger entity that they're with (gym, spa, etc). And I know a couple of massage therapists and occasionally I've heard of them bartering their service. Like not for sex, but an oil change or a cake or something.Perverts.

massage therapy? Don't try to church it up pal. You got a fucking massage. It's not medical treatment, it's relaxation.

^ Reminds me of:I hired a 90-lb girl to work in the stock room at Smart Tech for you, okay? I shouldve hired a 300-lb guy to lift the 60-inch flat screen, but instead I hired a hot girl who cant lift an iPod to bring you out of your funk.
