Because the spill-proof gas can wasn't actually spill-proof My boss told me to take the rest of the day off because I smell like a gas station. Not my fault the bathroom soap doesn't cover up gasoline

That sucks
12/16/2011 10:47:03 AM
ITT I learned I can get most of a day off by simply pouring gas on my hands.
12/16/2011 10:47:11 AM
^^^I've done that before.I wasn't sad...I enjoyed the day off.^Definitely...the smell of gas permeates rather quickly through an office. Everyone was begging me to leave.[Edited on December 16, 2011 at 10:48 AM. Reason : .]

12/16/2011 10:51:40 AM
It's more of a sad face because I reek of gasoline lol. Once my data finishes uploading I'm going home, taking a shower, and enjoying the rest of my day

If these cans spilled even a small amount of fuel it would completely defeat the purpose of the CARB compliance.

I felt like such a douche walking into Wal-Mart with used gas cans, but I was like "come on guys...You shouldn't be selling this junk." They wrote the return as "defective".

12/16/2011 2:12:06 PM
lol true. My stupid gas gauge is broken and will tell you you have a 1/4 tank of gas when apparently you're actually running on fumes

Wal-mart, in their infinite wisdom, sells the flexible extensions.... in packs of two. If you can find the cans with the flexible hose already mounted then you'd find the price difference is the same as buying a can without the hose + the 2 pack of flex hoses.I've had 0 problems out of my wal-mart can (without the flex hose), though I've only had to use it for my lawnmower. I can see how it could be a pain if you needed it for the car or needed to pour more than 1 gallon at a time.[Edited on December 16, 2011 at 2:29 PM. Reason : ]
