What have you eaten? What would you try? What would complete stay away from?

I've had
brains
beef lungs
chicken feet
beef liver
beef tongue(yummy!)

I don't care for any. The lung was probably the nastiest, texture wise.

I prefer all my animal parts to be ground up and stuffed in a tube shaped casing, boiled for a few minutes then placed in a bun and covered with ketchup, mustard, chilli and cheese
