I added cumin to my dinner tonight. Wanted something cheap and simple that I already had ingredients for, so I just browned 4 chicken tenderloins in butter with salt and pepper, then added 1/2 diced onion and a diced jalapeno, then a 4 oz can of mushrooms, a can of black beans, and a can of tomatoes and green chillies, season with cayenne pepper and cumin and simmer for like 20 minutes.Scrumptious and simple dinner plus lunch tomorrow.
