Is it happening again this year? Will it happen on the night of Halloween, be delayed 2 days to get it to a weekend, or done 4 days early to get it on a weekend?

Apparently. We seem to change the dates every single year to avoid having it on Halloween when all the other colleges seem to have their Halloween street parties.
