I'll bite.

What year did you graduate from NCSU? Is your degree really Computer Science? If so, what circumstances led you from a background in computer science to a pizza shop in VA Beach?

Also since you bumped the chess thread recently do you play Chess With Friends?

I didn't vote because I know voting is rigged and is just an apparatus to keep ignorant people happy. It makes them feel like they make a difference.

I, instead, volunteered a full day at the polls trying to get people to vote for our local candidates. I managed to talk to 200 people in conversations and I'm pretty sure they went from undecided locally to our candidates. However, the local winners are usually the candidates on same 'sample ballot' as the winning president since people vote down party lines.
I got to stay and witness the paper with the 'results' get printed out of the machine. I have to say that the numbers were legitimate to my expectations. What shocks me was that 1/3 of votes for local candidates were left blank. That is 600 out of 2000 votes. That many could have definitely swung the election if people educated themselves and filled them out. Instead, they chose to remain ignorant and let other people decide for them.

-I never graduated from NCSU.

-Once I got my Bachelors, I applied to computer science related jobs. They didn't hire me because they wanted me to have microsoft certifications and network certifications, which in my opinion is an excuse to get me to spend more money on stuff I was already certified for through my bachelor's degree.
What it came down to, I had all the education in computer science but no experience. I had all the experience in running a pizza place because I worked at pizza hut for 9 years through high school and college, but I had no schooling or education in business. I had to pick between education or experience so I picked experience.
- I have 4 games of Chess w/ Friends going at the moment

I know a few customers of mine who work for telemarketing. The guy telemarketer says it's a field dominated by women. He says it's a double edge sword because on one hand, there is a lot of single, desperate, horny girls to choose from, on the other hand, you have to deal with women who contact human resources claiming sexual harassment for asking "How are you doing today" and women that are catty to the women who you interact with and are straight up mean.
The women telemarketers say "Eh. It's a job."

I'm assuming modern novel means "history up until today".

The industrial revolution changed the face of the modern novel by transitioning the burden of work from human to machine to produce quality goods at an accelerated rate using less labor. Major changes in agriculture, manufacturing, mining, transportation, and technology developed during this time.
Before the industrial revolution, agriculture was done by hand and by beast which is time consuming and tedious. Inventions such as the cotton gin by Eli Whitney allowed three men to remove 16.6 times the amount of seeds from cotton than three men removing it by hand. This caused a cotton explosion and made cotton very profitable. The US eventually became the world's supplier of cotton by generating 2/3rd of all cotton produced.
Another major invention was the combine by Hiram Moore which reaped, thrashed, and winnowed all in one process. Wheat, rye, barley, and corn production were all affected greatly. Entire fields could be harvested within a day. Food supply quickly skyrocketed and food become even more affordable for more people. For the most part, the technology has changed little from it's original design.
More inventions and revolutionary machines exist that I'd like to talk to about. Unfortunately, I realized all this information is on the Internet and that I am wasting life writing about something that has been beaten enough to yield a dead horse.

Expanding was the original plan. As of right now, I am involved in politics too much because without a prosperous country with protected freedom, my business is all for naught.

If other people step up to the plate and preserve liberty and justice for all, then I will be able to focus on the business. If nobody steps up, I am going to take one for the team and dedicate my life to preserving our freedoms as laid out by our Founding Fathers on a path of creating a more perfect union.

A BS in CS is all about understanding common programming paradigms, algorithms, data structures, and hardware architectures; industry certs are about knowing the nitty-gritty of how particular vendors do things and (ideally) letting some random <insert vendor here> shop know you won't need to be brought up to speed about, say, how to work around the quirks in .NET 4.0

It sounds like you were applying for jobs you weren't qualified for because they were asking for those certs. Why would you only look at those jobs? Most people get those AFTER getting their job and then being asked to specialize/get it payed for by their company.

You screwed up.

But since you're so convinced that life is a conspiracy, you'll just have to suck it up I guess.
