I am curious
12/28/2012 4:39:40 PM
enough to take off
12/28/2012 4:44:35 PM
Depend on the day, and what I'm doing in the gym that day. For simplicity, I'll say that I stick to about a 7 minute mile.
12/28/2012 4:44:46 PM
7.0 or 7.5
12/28/2012 4:49:11 PM
i don't, my knees are made of tortilla chips
12/28/2012 4:49:29 PM
No matter how fast I run, I never seem to take off
12/28/2012 4:51:41 PM
about a 6-6.5. then again, i'm short as fuck.
12/28/2012 4:57:22 PM
I used to set it at 5mph and then just change the grade to alter difficulty. I ended up giving myself nasty shin splints this way. I'm tall with long legs and not the greatest balance on those things so anything faster would eventually result in me stepping off the track.Treadmills are dangerous
12/28/2012 4:58:40 PM
7.2 no more no less
12/28/2012 5:04:43 PM
not very...I have shin splints and hurt my knee a long time agoI prefer the elliptical...but that gets boring so I like group classes and stuff like insanity (I'm dumb)
12/28/2012 5:05:18 PM
Between 4.8 and 6.0. I'm not very fast
12/28/2012 5:10:24 PM
I don't- I usually set it at the highest incline and walk at about 3.5ish. I aint trying to get achy knees again.
12/28/2012 5:30:49 PM
I stand still and the treadmill rotates under me.
12/28/2012 5:38:22 PM
btwn 7.5 and 9.0 mph
12/28/2012 5:40:38 PM
Depends on the distance
12/28/2012 6:09:32 PM
fast enough for a plane to take off
12/28/2012 6:15:48 PM
6.0 if I'm running.Sometimes I watch Netflix for an hour and set it to 3.5 with varying degrees of incline.
12/29/2012 1:39:57 AM
0 mph
12/29/2012 2:24:01 AM
Usually between 4 and 6 mph. but usually I've got the incline set pretty high.
12/29/2012 2:26:49 AM
i do 2min intervals at 4.0 and 8.0mph
12/29/2012 6:32:25 AM
5.5-6 with moderate incline
12/30/2012 11:17:55 AM
i don't use treadmills, i go outside and run like a real man, in the snow, uphill both ways
12/30/2012 11:41:23 AM
If I'm doing a long distance I usually set it at 6.5 for the first mile then do intervals of 6.5 and 7.5 every half mile. 8 for the last mile.
12/30/2012 12:02:10 PM
start around 5.5, then up to 7-7.5 over the first 1/4 mile
12/30/2012 1:17:01 PM
do you eat pizza on the treadmill?
12/30/2012 1:20:10 PM
This is a stupid quesiton; as fast as it's going or you'll fall off. Duh.
12/30/2012 5:04:31 PM
^^ iswydt
12/30/2012 5:41:36 PM
the treadmill only goes up to 15
12/30/2012 6:15:34 PM
11
12/30/2012 9:51:43 PM
8.6-9.1 for five miles, 10 for two milers, 8.5/8.6 for ten.
