http://youtu.be/odOzMz-fOOw - facemash scenehttp://youtu.be/vAf9mUnafcQ - interns python hackingIn this first scene I do understand most of the shell script jargon but editing the perl script? Hmmmm. How legit does this look? http://i.imgur.com/H8sB2bm.pngThe second scene, I have no idea. Anyone care to translate?(Yes, I realize this is just a movie and movies usually just use nonsense for their "technobabble" but it sounds like they got someone who knows what they're talking about to write some of this.)[Edited on March 3, 2013 at 11:25 PM. all that perl does is re-render source via a linked php script and link userid num to the profile picthe first vid isn't exactly hacking, it's just scraping public pages, which every search engine does every single day. the second vid.. first, I don't know of any production webserver running on python, but that said, compromising ssl is pretty easy if your cert isn't issued by a root CA (self signed) [Edited on March 4, 2013 at 12:18 AM.
