I'd say for me about age 38? I feel like now i could find like 8 if I tried. I want to get a microscope to see if truly gray or just the reflection #istillgotit

33 started getting gray beard hairs. 39 and beard is very salty. Head has random stray grays if you look really closely but nothing extremely noticeable besides creeping up from the sideburns.

Still got a full ass head of hair tho so i got that going for me.

I've had like 10 gray hairs growing out of a birthmark on the side of my head since I was in my 20's. Got some gray hairs in my goatee about 40 or 41 and now a couple random strands on my head as well.

Pretty much after my first kid in early-to-mid 30s

I think the "kid" part had more to do with it than my age
