Allegiance to Israel to become a US citizen, and indeed to keep it even if you were born a US citizen.

Heck, they were already asking for that if you wanted hurricane assistance in Texas a few years ago.

None. How the fuck would you ever get the requisite majorities in both houses of Congress and THEN get 3/4 of the States to ratify it?

We couldn't pass an amendment to codify that 1+1=2.
