I had a dream about this thread.
I dreamed I made fruit juice popsicles by also dissolving a small amount of unflavored gelatin in the juice to improve the mouthfeel and then posted about it here

Yup! Unflavored gelatin usually comes in small packets, like 4 or 6 to a box. A main name brand is Knox but those Wal-Mart ones look the same. I use unflavored gelatin as a thickener for various things or to make a DIY Jell-O or pudding-type thing.

Like, I make “Snell-o” for my pet aquatic snails by mixing gelatin into baby food and cutting it into squares. I’ve never tried adding gelatin to any frozen things but I bet if you get the ratio right it adds a nice mouthfeel

I bet a small amount or the right ratio depending on the sugar content would be fine. Like, there’s a spectrum from straight-up ice to corn-syrup popsicle to pudding pop

But again, this literally was all from a dream about posting ITT
