I think i reached my limit today. All this pressure of counting calories and waking up at like 4:45 to go to gym before work etc, maximizing my time etc etc, simping for this one chick etc etc...i took the rest of the day off after lunch.

I wanted to go to gym between 2-3pm like the good old days etc and just rest
