bought 2lbs of london broil from HT...BOGO!

sliced into 1/4" slices....seasoned in a mixture of worcestershire sauce, vinegar, red pepper, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt free hamburger seasoning, salt free creole seasoning overnight

popped it in the dehydrator this morning...whole house smells of awesomeness....I must now prepare to fend off roommates from stealing the booty

I made some spaghetti squash but it came out bitter for some reason I've never had that happen before. Maybe the squash wasn't ripe?

eggs, sausage, bacon, and a toasted pb/j for brunch, and a roastbeef/ham wrap with a yogurt and protein shake after the gym- i'm hungry again, but i know I will be going to the bed in a couple of hours, and it wouldn't be good to eat

i did start thawing out my chicken for tomorrow, and have my marinade all ready- i just can't decide if it would be better over some rice with some veggies, or in a salad

One of two ribeyes I picked up from the store.

A little carton of mushroom caps, part of an onion, and garlic were cooked alongside said steak.

Toasted a quarterloaf of buttered garlic bread.

Quick cream spinach--i.e., cream cheese and mozzarella.
