well the only real heat we've seen in the past day or 2 was this morning when it went up to like 39.

this storm keeps moving east. Looks like they were right in saying that the only places that will see much accumulating snowfall is to the east of Raleigh.

It was fun driving to work from Raleigh to Greensboro when the change over happened somewhere around exit 266 in Orange County and the snow really started to pick up. I was worried I might have trouble but the roads were fine all the way out here. Now with the temp dropping and the snow continuing it could be garbage getting home but so far so good.

It's nice only having to deal with snow today instead of ice pellets (sleet), snow and freezing rain all at the same time as was the case the other morning. >.<

it is if not near freezing now depending where you are. he said it would not get to our low off 22 until after midnight!

he said, "we will not have our extreme lows until after midnight." not get to freezing until after midnight. it is 32 at my house now.

The Greensboro weatherman just said for y'all to shut up and be patient.

Our grass is ALMOST completely hidden. Very pretty. It was pretty cool to be turkey hunting today and waiting for it to start. As soon as we got to my Aunt's house, I saw the first snow flake. We didn't go back out into it, but saw a whole field full of hens on the way home! We pulled over, got out, snuck up to them, and videoed them. I'll make a thread in a couple minutes when the second video uploads, so check it out!
