5'10", 213 this morningMy range over the past 12 months has been something like 210-225. Lost 8 or 9 lbs. in January cutting soda, sweet tea, and beer out of my diet, trying to get started going to the gym also. I've been ok without the soda and sweet tea but damn I miss beer...going to try to bring that back in without overdoing it, hopefully the uptick in exercise will more than compensate.[Edited on February 3, 2009 at 5:52 PM. 6'4" - weighed in a 244 tonight.Over the last year I started at ~215, and steadily gained to 265. Started back to baseline training just about a month ago, and it's coming off fast. Amazing what 2-3hours a day, everyday in the gym will do. Even more amazing when you quit drinking and eat well too.
