i am but some times i wish i wasn't only because i enjoy having conversations with new girls. i don't have any desire to cheat on my girlfriend but meeting new people is one thing that really makes me happy. sadly if you talk to a random girl for 2 minutes everyone around you assumes you're unfaithful and about to cheat.

the hardest thing for me is balancing everything. Dating multiple men can become overwhelming so I usually try to keep it to 2-3 at a time and then if they start to get too attached I drop them and replace them.
