hahaha that's because you were talking to one of the cooks. they take breaks over at the bar side, he was just helping me out and taking an order. not that i'd expect people to know that that aren't frequent regulars, but it never hurts to tell someone if your food isn't as good as what you've come to expect


and yeah, fights happen. fortunately last night didn't come to blows so it's all good. it's funny, I used to bartend at ruby tuesday and I dealt with more fights there than I do at The Bar. any time you mix testosterone and liquor you're risking confrontation, but I apologize to any of you that were there late last night for that episode

some kid i've never seen before decides to tell one of my (drunk) regulars that he should pay his tab and leave because he's being obnoxious, which may or may not have been the case. said regular didn't appreciate that sentiment from a stranger and things got awkward. just typical bar swordfighting bullshit

but passing out flutes full of champagne to 120 people when capacity is 70 is difficult.
