Most of what I've eaten today has been carbs. Granted all I've had today were two smoothies I made with soy milk, blueberries, and strawberries. But somehow seeing that most of what I've had was carbs seems like I'm doing it wrong.

Technician came by the house and fixed the air conditioning. I was told that the problem was that it got all frozen up from running continuously (I wasn't at home to get the news face to face). The solution is to not run the AC 24/7.

Sounds to me like the AC unit for this house is undersized. To hell with not using the AC all the time when its 95+ outside
