I love rock climbing. I just rarely do it bc of the $$$. Not a lot of opportunities for cheap rock climbing in FL. Surfing is way cheaper.But it's great to stay light for surfing and wakeboarding bc it's easier to ride when you're light.

according to the scale i weighed myself on131.5 but i really don't believe that because 2 days ago i weighed 125 on a different scaleor maybe i've really gained that much weight. today i probably gained 5lbs alone

im like 5'3" i havent weighed 124 since i dont even know when but im definitely much more comfortable in general. i've lost almost 20lbs this year

oh. for some reason i always thought you were tall i am 5ft 2i need to lose like...10 - 15lbs. probably a good 13.it sucks cause all my clothes still fit so i'm gaining like a gut that can hang over my jeans, not like gaining in my thighs or anything. def need to work outoh and arms have gotten a little meaty aslo

get better running shoes and suck it upif you're really overweight you ought to do something else first and get to running after you've lost some weighthonestly running isnt as bad for your knees as its cracked up to be. can usually be solved with running shoes that someone who knows wtf they're doing fits you with

i just need to go swimming. i love swimmingafter i get back in to shape (moderately anyway) with that i will try running! i just got bling bling for christmas so i can go get a new swimsuit (the hot speedo kind) and goggles and hopefully start getting my ass in gear next week

i thought getting a dog would help me lose SOME weight cause i was fully prepared to take her on like 2 mile long walks everyday, but ummmshe doesn't really like the outside so that is a problem
