I really wanted a scone today. But this scone I got is so dry I feel like I have to dunk it in my coffee.

When I was super lazy in high school I would make scrambled eggs in the microwave. It's freaky because if you let them cook too long without mixing they blow up like a balloon.

i used to do that too in HS. in a coffee cup. quarter up and put onto some toast.

man, i used to eat some really fucking nasty shit.

I tried the grain triticale for the first time today. It is a cross between wheat and rye. I bought a pack of Bob's Red Mill cracked triticale: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triticale . Very high protein and fiber content. Info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triticale

It tastes amazing, has a nice chewy texture, an earthy taste, and a lovely aroma when cooked. What I made:

Triticale Porridge

Triticale
Dates, dried
Mullberries, dried
Olive oil
Coconut oil

Before eating, topped with:

Banana, sliced
Fresh cream
Honey

One of the best porridges I have ever made.

A bowl of cheese grits.
3 slices of lean bacon.
A glass of Orange Pineapple juice.

And I stole one of my cleaning lady's regular Mt. Dews because I'm all out of soft drink and need my caffeine fix.

Same about not eating breakfast. I'm trying to incorporate it into my life. Seems like "they" say to do exactly the opposite of what I do. Big breakfast, lunch and dinner get progressively smaller calorie wise...I almost always skip breakfast, and get like 60% of my calories after like 5pm. Trying to just be more balanced about it I guess
