When I was super lazy in high school I would make scrambled eggs in the microwave. It's freaky because if you let them cook too long without mixing they blow up like a balloon.

I tried the grain triticale for the first time today. It is a cross between wheat and rye. I bought a pack of Bob's Red Mill cracked triticale: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triticale . Very high protein and fiber content. Info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TriticaleIt tastes amazing, has a nice chewy texture, an earthy taste, and a lovely aroma when cooked.
