especially when used as an attempt to point out/insult a particular thing that someone does. that's usually what they do anyway, but it really gets me when the emphasis is on the REVERSAL!!1

here's my example:

example:
in a thread about homos, user A posts a picture of a baseball pitcher as a play on words since fucking someone in the ass is also called "pitching"
person A says: "are you saying that baseball is gay or what?"
person B says: "NO DUMBASS, ITS A JOKE. GAH YOURE SO STUPID" (lame "insult")
person A says: "oh. sorry. i don't fuck guys in the ass so i had no idea"

the quoted text is an example of just the basic pet peeve, and does not get bonus annoyance points because there is no turnaround lame joke about dirty dancing soundtrack. it is only implied that its not cool to know

UPDATE: Patrick Swayze's publicist confirmed to TMZ that the actor has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. However, the publicist shot down the Enquirer's claim that Patrick only has five weeks to live: "Patrick has a very limited amount of disease and he appears to be responding well to treatment thus far. All of the reports stating the timeframe of his prognosis and his physical side effects are absolutely untrue. We are considerably more optimistic.'" Best of luck to Patrick and here's hoping for a safe recovery.

I know you dont need your spleen or liver or one kidney

Pretty sure you need the pancreas tho

you need at least part of your liver to clean your blood and break down toxins, you could live without a pancreas but it will eliminate insulin and some digestive enzymes. It wouldn't be very pretty.

I dont think its actually the loss of the pancreas that kills you with pancreatic cancer, kinda like lung cancer

It spreads so quickly, and by the time they catch it, it is usually already pretty bad
