The thing is I'm pretty sure you really can get addicted to shopping just like you can technically get addicted to anything, and legitimately. I wasn't defending shopping and I know people have serious problems with it. I'm just saying there was no need to bring that up in this thread. I personally do not shop unless I need something to wear. In this case, I needed all the things I bought for interviews, work, etc.

this isn't true!!! some pants suits (and some skirts suits) are WAY 1980s. i have several skirt suits and a suit dress because i cannot find a pantsuit that doesn't look ridiculous on me. and i think the skirt ones look waYyYyY better on me. except one really cute pants suit from banana republic that was like 234820348 dollars. and too stylish to wear regularly. ugh, being a girl is irritating sometimes. how hard is it to find a suit as a male, probably not nearly as hard as finding a suit as a female.
