I've been noticing a lot more ticks on me and my dog lately

One morning last week I was woken up after I felt something fall out of my ear

sure enough, it was a tick

I'm not a huge outdoor guy, but I have been camping a few times and have wondered down various trails before, but I can't say that I have ever gotten a tick. I think I would freak

I found two on me about a week ago. One on my right hip and one on my... left testicle.

for some reason i thought about this thread after each of the 6 ticks i found biting me today.

that doesnt even count the dozens and dozens i caught before they even bit.

now i get to enjoy those itchy-ass bumps for a couple weeks.

today was the worst day for me this year.

ugh...

I found one on my leg the other day. I just about lost my shit

I think they're in the woods at the edge of my back yard. I bet the neighbor's cat brings them onto our deck

I found one in the top of my butt-crack after running 3 miles on a paved path in the woods


This is an exceptionally bad year for them apparently.

i should take a picture of the jar of alcohol i have with all the ticks i have pulled off gopher tortoises for the past year.

some of them are big fuckers.
