I couldn't even make it work in the back seat of a 4Runner. Then again I'm 6'2". I managed to give my lady roadhead in her old Corolla just fine though. The best part was when a carload of teenagers saw my head in her crotch at a red light.

Pasenger seat, seat pushed all the way back and reclined. The girl jumps on top and the springs in the seat and for some extra bounce.

That's the best way I found.

And I've driven a 1996 Honda Accord 2 door for almost 3 years now. Those back seats are tiny.
