I weigh 185 lbs and I'm 5'11. I'd like to get down 10 pounds or so, but more than likely I'll just stay here until i can quit having 2-3 drinks five nights a week

nahh i don't take shit... any "suppliment" scares me.

Now... i'll eat lean beef. chicken and fish like a mofo when i'm lifting but thats cause i need Sh*t tons of protein to fix what i broked in the gym

i was 165 when I played soccer regularly. I've put on 20lbs in the past year, but I'll probably start shedding that weight soon.



I always thought I wanted to weight 185, but I really dont.

Creatine is just a bottled (and overpriced) organic compound that your body makes on its own. Good grief.

prolly 195, i'll double check at the gym tomorrow. i was at 200 about a month and a half ago, but i've been lifting a couple times a week since may, and i just started running conditioning 2 weeks ago.

in the past year, i've been 183 (a year ago around this time)-200

i think i'll get to 185 by the end of the summer if i keep running/soccering.... honestly though i just want to get rid of my love handles, i'm happy with everything else.
