That's how it goes! I was at IBM for 2 years (including 2 layoffs b/c my job went to Brazil), and I did the DEMANDING work while half the IBMers weren't doing shit but causing chaos when the TEMPS "supposedly" weren't doing their job i.e. getting "escalated". Grrrr! Don't get any benefits, not NEARLY as much pay, but do just as much if not MORE work and deal with MORE bullshit. Blah!!

What's the basis?!?!?!
