If that Algae shit happened here in the states, you know people wouldn't be lining up for a cleanup. The mayor of the city would call it a natural disaster then mobilize the national guard, local law enforcement and 1st responders for the cleanup while submitting aid from the FEMA which in turn will fuck it all up and the cleanup process to take 2+years.
